Hall named WCC Freshman of the Week
SAN MATEO, Calif. – BYU’s Dallin Hall was named the West Coast Conference Freshman of the Week on Tuesday morning after helping the Cougars extend their win streak to three games.
Hall becomes the first Cougar to be named the freshman of the week this season after averaging 11.0 points 3.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game, shooting 58.3 percent from the field, 66.7 percent from three and 66.7 percent from the free throw line.

In Thursday’s 97-64 win over Western Oregon, the Plain City native scored a career-high 14 points going 5-of-5 from the field, 2-of-2 from 3-point range and 2-of-2 from the free throw line. He also had two assists, marking the sixth straight game with multiple assists.
He filled the statsheet in BYU’s third straight win over Utah on Saturday, finishing with eight points, six rebound and five assists. He was 2-of-4 from 3-point range including with 1:53 remaining in regulation to put the Cougars up eight and seal the victory.
Hall and the Cougars host Lindenwood tonight at the Marriott Center. Tip is scheduled for 7 p.m. MST.
